GOODS INSPECTION POLICY

DEFINITION

Goods inspection refers to act of examining products that have been delivered to determine conformance to the purchase specifications.

REGULATIONS

  • 2.1 Timing of Goods Inspection
    We encourage our customers to immediately inspect the delivered goods, making sure they are of acceptable quality and match the product description stated on the website.
    After receiving the goods, if customers discover any nonconformity, please contact us directly to process the order for assistance with exchanges or returns.
    Please note that customers should record a video while unpacking the shipment for reference if necessary.
  • 2.2 Scope of Goods Inspection
    Customers should, upon acknowledging receipt of an order, conduct an inspection to verify the following minimum conditions:
    -The products conform to the purchase order requirements and other relevant documents (for example: correct model number, description, size, type, color, etc.)
    -The quantity ordered and the quantity shipped or delivered.
    -There is no damage or breakage.
    -The unit of measurement count is correct.
    -Products are operable or functional.
  • 2.3 Steps for Handling Non-compliant Goods
